A telling tale of McCardell in SD is that Gates will outscore him. Still he is a great go to receiver for the Chargers when needed, but at best he will be the 3rd option in the passing game. Tomlinson and Gates take 1 and 2. The numbers seem good to me. If Brees gets hurt and Rivers takes it will be very interesting to see how much those numbers change.

Parker will likely pass him as well aas Gates already being there. LT is a fine receiver as well. Marginal at best.
