Fantasy Baseball TV? - 03-10-2002, 12:57 AM

I know there are 2 TV shows dedicated to Fantasy Football on TV. One on Fox Sports with James Lofton(Horrible!) and the other on ANC with a round table(Great!)

Are there any current or planned fantasy baseball TV shows?

I recall seeing one last year on Fox Sports. They talked about blue light specials, and pitchers with two starts in a week, and hitters looking to do better and that sort. But I cant remember the name, so if anyone can figure it out from my "outstanding" interpretation of the show, then let me know.

What is ANC?

The show on Fox was bad, but I still watched it.

Yeah I remember that show too. Goose Goslin was always on it along with two other guys. Fantasy Baseball Weekly rings a bell but I'm not sure. They had a website too, and their own weekly fantasy game.

Channel 364 on DirecTV is the All News Channel. But for some reason at 10AM Sunday mornings they put on a Fantasy Football show that was really good. It was a round table discussion with various people that was either live or taped that morning. The player news was very up to date.

I've yet to find a baseball show though. I have TiVo searching for one, If one pops up I'll be sure to post it on RJ.

I have seen the fantasy baseball show...however, it is not goose 'GOOSLIN'....it is goose Gossage...the former yankee closer.

URG--I remember the Goose being on it. Wasn't John Kruk on it too? I forget the name of the show, but it was on one of the Fox Sports stations in the evenings. I haven't seen anything about it for this year. I am just waiting for Baseball Tonight.
