With the Sox in the hunt, I think they will keep Youkilis at AAA and continue with the regular lineup. Even if they call him up after Pawtucket's season is over I dont think he will get many AB's.

He's probably never going to be a superstar in the majors, but he'll be among the safest Fantasy selections once he gets there.
