What is The Pen's opinion and projections for Luis Rivas this year? Is he a good bet to steal 25-30 bags? Will he hit 9th in the order again?

I don't know how he is projected but I had him last year and he was a total bum even after he came back from the injury.
LucklyI had a team that was over the cap and I trading him for Joe Mays.

I agree - he was a POS last year. Just one of many bums on my squad last year, but I need some SB's this year and wonder if he could be a cheap source.
