This league uses OOTP, which is a simulation baseball game. We use the version OOTP8, which is now free for people to use

We use real mlb players and we sim everyday, one game every real life day. You don't have to own the game to start

The goal behind this league, is it runs everyday, one game a day, just like the MLB. It uses real players, and is about to enter the 2009 season (starting monday).

One typical season, lasts from January 5th, to late June, then the playoffs. From August to December, the offseason takes place, such as real draftees, real free agents added, spring training, Arizona Fall league, and the list goes on.

We have some of the best owners you can find. If your interested in something new to most people, this is it. Each day, we sim in the morning, so each teams plays once a day. During the day, you can make lineup changes, trades, waiver signings, free agent pickups, or whatever your heart desires. This will be our 8th year of playing. We started in July of 2003, which is one of the longest running leagues

Wow, it's free now? I had downloaded it before but never paid for it. I had been using Baseball Mogul for years, and before that the WIS baseball sim. I'd be into it if you need a team.

Not at all, I joined almost exactly 1 year ago. There seems to be a turnover of about 2-3 teams per year.
