I've plugged this a couple of times I think, but the platform is getting more stable and features are expanding so it's a good time to jump in. Plus, the game plays on a month schedule, each month representing a year, so jumping in at the end of a month sets you up to be ready for the beginning of a new season.
Recruiting, play creation, and live play calling are some of the features of this game. Every team is represented. There is even a pro option with the same features plus trading and a live pro draft. Every coaching staff features four coaches. Simply sign up, travel the embedded google map and apply for jobs. If you have any questions go to the forum, or contact me.
